I use these for very cold weather. They work great, keep me warm, look pretty cool. The only reason I am giving a four start review and not five is because Gore sells things small. I should have gotten a size up. I am a big guy and could have used a little extra space. Oh well, incentive to drop a few more pounds.

I've been riding these a few months and can say these are very worthy.
They are nicely lined and warm, but the best part is the Gore windstopper fabric that keeps the cold away! I'm a year round biker and commute to work 40 miles per day in any type of weather. These will keep you toasty down to around 20 degrees.
Consider these to be pro-fitted. I also own the Gore Contest So Bibtights in the same size, and these run a bit snugger. The chamois is beautiful and very comfy.
Aside from the price they do have some drawbacks however. There are no zippers on the ankles and the fabric is not too stretchy, which makes for a little difficulty getting on/off. Lastly the suspenders are not adjustable.

These are awesome bibs for quite a wide range of temperatures. I've worn these comfortably from the lower 20's to the mid 50's (Fahrenheit), which is perfect for winter training when the temperature changes drastically throughout the day. They completely block out wind chill while breathing exceptionally well - they will keep your skin dry and body temperature right. Materials appear to be high quality and durable. Though fit is subjective, they are spot on for me. Chamois is very thick and dense, providing exceptional comfort for many hours in the saddle.
