- Both the Bionic Neck Support (BNS) and the Bionic SB Neck Support (Bio SB) are designed to work with a helmet to reduce the risk and severity of a catastrophic neck injury (i.e. a paralyzing injury)

Hi amazon customers an of raoad, go karts riders i have some think to tell about this product...is amazing!!!!! very confotable very good cervical protection better than evs and leatt breace an this dont hurt your neck.
